   PARTICIPATION

  • Children must be between 7 to 15 years old and capable of running their booth. We strongly encourage adults to let their child independently manage and sell items. Minimal help from a parent/guardian is highly encouraged.

  • We welcome children with disabilities or special needs to participate with any necessary parental assistance; please notify us at check-in.

  • Parents are required to remain on the venue premises throughout the duration of the event.

  • Parents are encouraged to sit in the back of the booth, allowing their child to independently handle the sales, enhancing the learning experience.

  • Each vendor must display a sign identifying the name of their business.

  • Space is limited - Vendors will be responsible for collecting payments via Cash, Cash App, Venmo, Apple Pay, PayPal, etc.

    PRODUCTS

  • Children can sell (almost) anything! It can be handmade, store-bought, baked goods, drinks, or interactive games.

  • Fundraisers are not permitted.

  • Food items must be pre-wrapped and labeled with ingredients.

  • Selling any food Items you must be registered as a Cottage Food Producer through the department of Agriculture.

   REGISTER

  • Applications are first come-first served. An online application must be submitted. Once selected, you will receive an email.

  • Vendor participation is subject to approval and not guaranteed. Space is limited, so no drop-ins will be allowed.

  • There are no waiting lists or standby booths, even in the case of cancellations.

CHECK-IN

  • All vendors must check in 1 hour before the event

BOOTHS

  • All booths are a 6 ft table space, and all belongings must fit within that space.

  • Children bring all their supplies for selling: change, table cover, sign, etc. A cashless payment system (Venmo, Square, PayPal) is highly encouraged.

  • Power is provided for inside events only.

  • No animals are allowed.

SELLING

  • Kids must run the booth and be present the entire time.

  • Please wear gloves if selling food, which must be pre-wrapped to sell.

  • If you sell out, you CANNOT break down your booth until the end. Put a Sold-Out sign on your table and enjoy the rest of the event.

  • Parents may assist when needed, but children are encouraged to handle the selling.

    CLEAN UP

  • At the end of the event, you are responsible for leaving your booth area clean.

• Bakery products (such as cookies, breads, brownies, cakes, and fruit pies)

• Jams, Jellies and Fruit butters

• Candy (including no-bake cookies, chocolate covered pretzels or similar chocolate covered non- perishable items)

• Granola, granola bars, granola bars dipped in candy

• Popcorn, flavored popcorn, kettle corn, popcorn balls, caramel corn (does not include un-popped popping corn)

• Unfilled, baked donuts • Waffle cones and Pizzelles

• Dry cereal and nut snack mixes with seasonings

• Roasted coffee, whole beans or ground

• Dry baking mixes in a jar (for making items like breads and cookies)

• Dry herbs and herb blends

• Dry seasoning blends (such as dry barbecue rubs and seafood boils)

• Dry tea blends
